It's a simple formula.......

THIS (35 second year students writing a BUS 223 final exam)

PLUS THIS (32 first year students writing a BUS 100 final exam)

MINUS THIS (some of the mobiles that must be handed over before the exam begins)

EQUALS THIS (several hours of marking for the professor!)
Final exams began today and, for the students, will continue until December 15.
Ours will be over on Wednesday.

And some more about that specialty chicken we were treated to yesterday.

As it turns out,
a.  the Internet DOES know about it.  It is called Royal Atta (Wheat) Chicken and comes from a city called Kotkapura which is close to the Pakistan border.  Although the recipe is secret (just like KFC), there is an interesting YouTube video about it at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0abdH017tsM.  It is baked in a tandoori oven--and we obviously didn't crack it open correctly, and
b.  WE are the envy of some (ie. Dilmeet and Gurneet) who were born and raised here but have not yet tried it!  They provided information and the link for the video after reading yesterday's blog.
